Fun Math
Number Kingdoms was born out of the desire to help my two young boys develop a strong foundation in math and number sense. While living in California, I discovered that the math curriculum heavily emphasized Math Facts, requiring frequent repetition to grasp the meaning behind the black symbols. To make learning more engaging and effective, I naturally turned to personifying numbers, turning abstract concepts into relatable characters.

This simple dice game challenges two players to continually add up to ten, reinforcing the combinations that make ten—the foundation of the metric system. In a single game, kids can solve over 100 mental math equations, all while immersed in the fun of making ten. Frequent play builds math fluency and confidence, making learning seamless and enjoyable.
